Alfardan Automobiles, the exclusive importer of BMW in Qatar, has announced a new complimentary BMW service inclusive plus package, which covers all major servicing for the first three years or 60,000km, in addition to car warranty upon the purchase of a BMW vehicle. General manager of Alfardan Automobiles, Mohammed Kandeel said: “BMW engineers extraordinary cars; therefore, it seems only right to offer an extraordinary service package to match. BMW Group has always pioneered in providing customers a peace of mind ownership experience with the most advanced service packages.” “The customer pays for nothing beyond fuel, tyres, glass - our BMW service inclusive package covers repairs and maintenance, including wear and tear items that are beyond the standard warranty, costs for labour, original BMW replacement parts and top-up oil,” he said, adding “it’s a service currently unmatched by any other premium automotive brand in Qatar”. “Because the BMW service inclusive package offered by Alfardan Automobiles is supplied through the manufacturer, BMW AG, the contract and service are international and will be honoured anywhere in the world where there is an authorised BMW service centre,” noted Kandeel. “For example, if the customer is travelling outside of Qatar and the car’s maintenance date is due, the customer can drive their BMW vehicle to the closest authorised BMW service centre, and they will service the car free of charge with utmost pleasure,” he explained. The package is available on 98% of the BMW models at Alfardan Automobiles, and is transferable should a customer decide to sell their car to another owner. A spokesperson explained that the flagship model, BMW 7 Series, comes with an advanced BMW service inclusive ultimate package, covering all major servicing for the first five years or 100,000km. He added that Alfardan Automobiles also gives the customers the opportunity to renew, upgrade and extend their service package, to the desired distance or timeframe, and owners of cars which are not covered can purchase the inclusive ultimate package if their car meets certain requirements.
