The Ministry of Interior (MoI) called on the public citizens, expatriates and legal persons (according to the National Address Law) to register their national addresses within a period of six months, starting from Monday (January 27, 2020) until July 26, 2020.
In a statement on MoI's website, the Ministry said that registration is available through Metrash2, the Ministry's website, and direct application through the Unified Service Centers of the Ministry of Interior.
The Ministry warned that in the event that the national address is not submitted during the aforementioned period, the violator bears all the legal consequences of that.
It added that this registration comes in implementation of the provisions of Law No. 24 of 2017 regarding the national address and Minister of Interior Decision No. 96 of 2019 implementing some provisions of the mentioned law.
