Msheireb Properties has added a new achievement with its flagship project Msheireb Downtown Doha winning first place in GCC Award for Municipal Cooperation in its third session 2020.

The win was announced on the back of approving the minutes of the meeting of the GCC Award for Municipal Cooperation Jury held in February 2020 at the GCC headquarters in Riyadh. Choosing Msheireb Downtown Doha for the first place was based on its compliance with allocating requirements for people with special needs and following the highest international standards for their access, movement, and transport.

The new gem in Msheireb Properties crown highlights the state of Qatars position on the regional level and cements Msheireb Downtown Doha as one of the best sustainable and smart cities, and the favorite destination for all sections of the community to live, work and entertain.
