The Ministry of Interior will introduce more combined speed and red light digital enforcement cameras soon as procurement of new 24 traffic cameras from the Redflex, an Australian company specialised in traffic systems, was signed recently. The cameras are being installed as part of one of the largest road safety campaigns in the region in an effort to curb the growing number of accidents. Peter White, Sales Manager of Redflex Australia, said his company has been preparing for a big deal with a local company to supply the 24 combined speed and red light digital enforcement cameras.
