MoI Starts Field Survey on Traffic Department Services

The Strategic Planning Department of Ministry of Interior started field survey at the headquarters of Traffic department, and branches in Matar Qadeem and Rayyan, on 23 November, in order to solicit public opinion and measure the level of satisfaction with the services provided by the department.

The survey team are on work to distribute the survey forms prepared by the Strategic Planning Department, which included three main themes relating to the assessment of the reception, and procedures for the services provided, and evaluation of the work environment.

Lt. Hassan Abdul Rahman, officer at Statistics section of the department said that the Ministry of Interior had initiated for this mission because of its important and effective role in decision-making process through the information and feedbacks received from the customers from different groups in the society, taken into account in the development of the various services offered by the Ministry.

He explained that this survey would continue for a week, aimed at resulting in facilitating and simplifying the procedures and improve the quality of performance and provide better services for the visitors with use of high level technology and modernity.
