The pavilion of the Ministry of Interior at Career Fair 2012 received 1200 job applications from national job aspirants in police and civil jobs in the Ministry in Qatar National Career Fair.
On Thursday the final day of the fair, the MoI pavilion received 160 applications for civil jobs, 55 for police jobs and 50 for scholarships on MoI specializations. The total applications received during the Career Fair reached 1200 including applications for civil and police jobs and for scholarships.
Assistant director of Human Resources Department of the MoI Maj. Mohammedd Hamad Al-Gayathin said that the Ministry participated in the fair to encourage maximum local talent in the works of the ministry and the pavilion explained the Qataris opportunities available for them in the Ministry and the training and development options that suit their job nature.
He also added that the variety of job opportunities attracted many young Qataris to MoI which also provides stipend for specialized studies. The training plan of the Ministry is set to develop Qatari talents in accordance with strategy of the Ministry of Interior to achieve Qatar Vision 2030.
