The Ministry of Interior, represented in the Traffic Department, launched Friday in the Pearl a number of patrols with high tech equipment as part of updating its fleet of patrols.
Assistant director of police patrols and traffic investigation Lieutenant Colonel Jabr Ali Al Kubaisi said that the new fleet will enhance the work of police patrols, due to the technological capabilities that will help everyone carryout their duties.
He stressed the department's commitment to raising the level of patrol's work to ensure security and safety around the clock, calling on drivers to cooperate to ensure traffic flows smoothly.
