In an effort to improve customer service and reduce wait times at its offices, the Ministry of Interior has announced that the General Directorate of Passports and all its departments in the MOI headquarters and service centres will now operate on two shifts from Sunday to Thursday from 6:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m., and from 1:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m. The move comes in an attempt to simplify its operations and implement time-saving measures for customers.
