The Livestock Department at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) is currently establishing Abu Nakhleh Veterinary Center in Abu Nakhleh Estate Complex, with the aim of providing veterinary services such as vaccination, treatment, guidance, and spraying services to combat external parasites.
The services will serve 637 farms with a capacity of more than 65 thousand head of livestock, in addition to roving estate and homelands, in the regions geographically attached to Abu Nakhla Veterinary Center.

This comes within the Livestock Department plan to increase the number of veterinary centers, to cover the animal gathering areas in the estates, with the aim of developing and increasing livestock, to achieve food security.
