The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MOECC), represented by the Department of Wildlife Protection, shared on Twitter today, 28 July 2022, that they were able to seize a violation of camel grazing in the southern regions of the country.

The Ministry confirms that this comes within the scope of implementing Ministerial Resolution No. (188) of 2021 regarding the extension of the ban on camel grazing in the country. The necessary legal measures have been taken against the violators.
The MOECC reminds the public that the areas in question are of a sensitive nature that requires protection, therefore prohibiting camel grazing in them.
