The Ministry of Labour announced in a tweet on 5 July 2022, the introduction of three new e-services within the framework of its strategy for services of digital transformation.

Furthermore, it is to expedite the execution of the services and streamline the transactions.

The three new electronic services are:

• New regulation & certificates service:
  • Issuance of regulations and penalties for private sector establishments
  • Issuance of the establishment's statistical certificate
  • Issuance of To Whom It May Concern Certificates for Establishment Employees
    
• Registration service on the joint committees platform:
  • Submitting an application by any institution qualified to form Labour committees
  • Complete the entire registration process via the website
    
• Election appointment booking service for joint committee:
  • Enable registered companies to book an appointment for workers' representatives elections electronically
    

The following instructions were provided for the service of 'New regulation & certificates':

• Accessing the service through the website or "Hukoomi" registration through the National Authentication Service
• Send the request to the department concerned with the service
• Pay the fees and complete the payment procedures
• Print regulations or certificates in minutes

The Ministry of labour is currently offering approximately 50 electronic services and transactions via its electronic website: https://www.mol.gov.qa
