These services are part of the Ministry's digital transformation strategy to provide faster and more accessible services to the public.

The 2 new services are:

• General Work Permit Extension Service - extension of employee work permit (QIDs)
• Recruitment Office License Location Modification Service - allows submission of requests to transfer the location of the recruitment office
