Eid vacation for Private Sector

The Ministry of Labour has announced in a tweet that Eid Al Fitr vacation for workers in private sector establishments that is subject to the Labour Law is three days, fully paid. MOL indicated that if work conditions require the worker to be employed during the Eid holiday, the provisions relating to overtime work and their allowances, as mentioned in Article (74) of the Labour Law, shall be applied.

The Ministry of Labour takes advantage of the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr to express its sincere congratulations and blessings to both employers and workers.
