The Ministry of Labour has announced the closure of 24 recruitment offices. The Ministry said the closure is due to non-compliance with the terms of contracts with employers and in violation of the decisions of the Ministry regulating recruitment offices.

The Ministry warns individuals and companies from engaging in the business of recruiting workers from abroad on behalf of others without obtaining an approved license. Those who fail to do so will be subject to legal accountability.

The Ministry said that it continues to implement campaigns on recruitment offices to monitor their compliance with the application of the labor law and related decisions in order to preserve the rights of employers.
