The Ministry of Interior (MOI) in a Tweet announced that the General Administration of Public Security, represented by the Southern Security Administration, honoured a Qatari girl, Rimas Rashid Al-Marri, for her efforts to rescue a member of her family who was in an emergency condition by providing first aid and calling the emergency number. Her father received the honour on her behalf.
In another Tweet, MOI also mentioned honouring Mrs. Lara Ali, an Egyptian national, for saving a person from drowning while swimming in Sealine Beach.
