The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) announced the doubling of monthly food rations for citizens on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

The doubled rations include rice, sugar, cooking oil, and evaporated milk, starting from 15 March until 31 March 2023.
