In a tweet, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has announced the closure of two establishments, specifically a branch of a delivery app and Mary Boukhair for Trade.

A branch of a delivery app was closed for non-compliance with the prices of the compulsory bulletin of vegetables and fruits, and failure to adhere to the foundations and controls in causing any price increase. These actions violated No. (10) of Law No. 8 of 2008, regarding consumer protection, and No. (4) of Ministerial Resolution No. 1 of 2011 regarding controls for setting the prices of vegetables and fruits.
On the other hand, Mary Boukhair was closed for displaying and selling counterfeit products and goods of international brands which violate No. (7) of Law No. 8 of 2008 concerning consumer protection.
