In a tweet, the Ministry of Interior (MOI) has announced that the Social Services in Community Policing window of the 'Communicate with Us' menu on Metrash2 allows for reporting of different issues. It enables the public to submit reports and carry out consultations electronically.
The app allows for placing complaints on issues of family disputes, behavioural phenomenon, settling of disputes amicably, social support and behavioural counselling.

The MOI constantly improves and simplifies its services delivery channels and procedures. Metrash2 enables Qatari nationals and residents to apply for and obtain more than 224 services that save time, effort and money while enjoying the convenience of using smartphones.
