A traditional Ramadan experience is made memorable by the Four Seasons Hotel’s brigade of international chefs at The Brasserie on the Beach and Arabica — transformed to create an ambience of Arabic decadence. Once again this year, Ramadan promises to be a festive family affair, whether gathering family and friends to break their fast while enjoying the sunset over the waters of the Arabian Gulf, or meeting late night for elegant Sohour evenings. The extensive Ramadan buffet will feature exceptional international, local and traditional dishes as well as freshly baked breads, grilled meats and live cooking stations which will leave diners lost for choice. Iftar commences at dusk and Ramadan nights will be extended into the early hours of dawn as the sound of the oriental tunes of oud and the aroma of traditional Shisha creates an inviting atmosphere at the Arabica Terrace Tent. “Ramadan Nights” is sponsored by Commercialbank of Qatar and in joint collaboration a percentage of the proceeds of Iftar and Sohour will be donated to Reach Out to Asia Qatar. Seasons Tea Lounge opens at sunset and welcomes guests nightly after Iftar to linger over a cup of aromatic tea or freshly brewed coffee. Throughout the month of Ramadan, Seasons Tea Lounge offers a traditional Sohour set menu, as well as a range of specialty sweets and Ramadan drinks that include everything from Amar Al Din, Tamer Hindi to Jelab. The Il Teatro Team invites loyal patrons, every evening from 7 onwards for an evening of elegant Italian fine dining while the Pool Grill restaurant serves refreshing Ramadan drinks, an inspired poolside light fare menu and shisha. During the month of Ramadan, Brasserie on the Beach will continue to offer its renowned breakfast buffet as well as a hearty lunch and dinner buffet to our non-fasting guests. Last but not least, something to look forward to… the Eid festivities at Brasserie on the Beach and Arabica include a sumptuous buffet, live cooking stations and a vibrant beach side family atmosphere. Eid Brunch is available on the first and second day of Eid. Definitely not to be missed. View more events over at Qatar's Ramadan Tents and Events
