The Maritime customs thwarted the smuggling of a quantity of narcotic hashish. The General Authority of Customs revealed in a tweet that the contraband was seized at the customs port of Ruwais.

The contraband was hidden in a secret way inside metal cans containing a fruit fridge container, and upon opening the cans, 26 packages of hashish, with a total weight of 26.15 kilograms, were found inside.
