MANNAI Automotive Group has announced the opening of three service centres, showrooms and new pre-owned showrooms at Al-Khisa, al-Wakrah and the Industrial area.
The three service centres and showrooms are strategically located throughout the country in a bid to further enhance corporate visibility, customer accessibility and efficiency of vehicle care and maintenance.
The recent new facilities include the construction of a quick service centre in al-Khisa, a quick service centre and showroom in Umm Al Afaee, a full service centre and a mid-sized showroom at al-Wakrah, the expansion of the main showroom at Salwa Road, the opening of a new pre-owned showroom and the state-of-the-art, Mannai Service Centre in the Industrial area, allowing the simultaneous reception and service evaluation of as many as 10 vehicles by the company’s service advisers.
Delegates from the General Motors regional office, top officials from Mannai Corporation and media persons were yesterday treated to a tour of the newly-constructed and renovated facilities.
Mannai Automotive Group general manager Mohamed Helmy said “the whole point behind all the expansion and renovation was to make services more accessible than ever to customers.
“Customers will be able to reach Mannai services in the north, south and centre of Qatar and the improved efficiency of the operations will save their time and money,” he said.
Helmy maintained that the real benefits of these new and renovated facilities would be apparent in the years to come.
“Customers will find that buying and having their vehicles serviced with the company would be faster and more pleasurable than ever,” he added.
Mannai Corporation vice chairman Sheikh Suhaim bin Abdullah al-Thani, executive director Khalid Mannai, and chief operating officer Alekh Grewal, General Motors regional marketing director Fadi Ghosn, regional sales director John Passadis and regional manager (lower Gulf) Suheir alul attended the opening of the showrooms and service centres.
Mannai Automotive Group, a division of Mannai Trading Company, serves as the principal retailer of global vehicle brands such as Cadillac, Hummer, GMC, and Subaru in Qatar.
