For all you vehicle-lovers out there, Mannai Automotive Group, Qatar’s sole dealer for General Motors Premium brands Cadillac and GMC, is opening two brand-new multi-million-dollar showrooms in Al Rayyan, Industrial Area on 4 March 2019.
This occasion is especially relevant as it will mark the reveal of three iconic vehicles: The ever-new Cadillac XT4 and XT6, and the All New GMC SIERRA.
To give you an idea of the Company’s contribution to Qatar’s private sector, Mannai Corporation is one of the largest Trading and Services Company in Qatar, raising the bar in business over the last 69 years!
From its humble beginnings as an auto parts trader, the Mannai Group grew to encompass activities ranging from offshore rigs to telecommunications, with interests in many parts of the world.
Mannai Automotive Group has made its mark in the country’s history, even with the royal family of Qatar. The 1959 Cadillac Fleetwood was the pride of the royal family since it was brought to Qatar. It was imported in a wooden crate through Beirut, as there were no vessels delivering goods to Qatar at that time. It was the first Cadillac sold by Mr. Ahmed Mannai to the former ruler of Qatar, Sheikh Ali Bin Abdulla Al Thani in the year 1959. Upon his unfortunate demise, this prized vehicle was inherited by his son, Sheikh Ahmed Bin Ali Bin Abdulla Al Thani.
Mannai Automotive Group is inviting the public to be part of this new milestone event of its rich history, which will take place in the new premises on 4 March 2019 at 4 pm.
To inaugurate the world-class showrooms of the Automotive group, General Motors’ Executive Vice President and President of North America, Mr. Alan Batey, will be joined by General Motors’ President of Middle East and Africa, Mr. John Roth, along with Mannai Senior Executives.
