Holiday Villa Hotel & Resorts, a leading Malaysian hotel brand, has opened its Qatar location at the Al Muntazah. The Holiday Villa Hotel & Residence City Centre Doha, offering hotel accommodation with modern facilities, serviced apartments, and food and beverage outlets, is locally-owned by the Taleb Group of Companies. It features 358 guestrooms, including 123 executive suites, 54 ‘Prima Floor’ rooms and 376 serviced apartments, a spokesperson for the Taleb group said. “Guests at the exeutive Prima Floors will enjoy personalised services at the Prima Lounge ranging from complimentary breakfast, evening mocktails and canapés. Non-smoking rooms are also available,” he said. The apartments feature two- and three-bedrooms for short or long-term stay and incorporate the latest in technology and communications. For dining, the hotel will operate a 24-hour Lagenda Restaurant serving local, continental and Asian cuisine, while its Chopstix Restaurant will serve Chinese and Japanese cuisine, in addition to a lobby juice bar, a poolside café and 24-hour in-room dining. “Recreational facilities at the hotel include a swimming pool and a fitness centre. Additionally a total of 39 commercial units averaging between 39sqm and 458sqm will be located at the ground floor offering various facilities,” the official added.
