The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MADSLA), represented by the Institute of Public Administration, announced its readiness to start its training program plan at its headquarters, targeting government agency employees, in the event of the implementation of the fourth phase of Qatar's precautionary plan.
In this context, the Institute of Public Administration prepared a training plan consistent with the precautionary measures followed in the country to confront the Coronavirus (Covid-19), and the training plan included the implementation of 290 training programs at the Ministry's headquarters targeting 4,300 participants, in addition to 157 online training programs targeting 1570 participants.
An organized plan was developed by the Institute of Public Administration in accordance with specific standards and conditions, represented in applying social distancing between trainees and reducing the number of those present in each training room, adhering to all precautionary measures during the periods of training programs so that the number of participants in one room does not exceed 10.
In addition, the Institute is taking precautions by organizing the building entry and exit process, with the obligation for visitors to wear masks and show EHTERAZ application when entering the building, as well as adhering to elevator use instructions.
The Ministry has also developed a gradual work plan in the event of the return of training programs, as the number of training programs and the number of trainees will gradually increase, bringing the total of programs to 20 per week, in addition to increasing the number of participants to 20 participants in one program.
Employees of government agencies can register for training programs through MAWARED system. The trainee must obtain the approval of his employer to register in the programs of the Institute of Public Administration.
In the event that the country does not shift to the fourth phase, the Ministry will suspend the implementation of training programs while increasing remote training programs to cover training needs at this stage.
