The Public Works Authority - Ashghal has announced in a tweet the opening of Logistics City Interchange.

#Ashghal has opened Logistics City Interchange which is located at the south entrance of G-Ring Road at the Free Zone, southwest of HIA prior to the Airport I/C, in line with the county’s plan to complete expressway projects being implemented by ‘Ashghal’ pic.twitter.com/XrgCgQm0MD

The interchange is located at the south entrance of G-Ring Road at the Free Zone, southwest of Hamad International Airport prior to the Airport Interchange, in line with the country’s plan to complete expressway projects being implemented by ‘Ashghal’.

Furthermore, it is mentioned by Ashghal that they have built 3 tunnels surface water drainage network, treated water lines for irrigation purposes of the surrounding green areas, communication network, and service roads on both sides of the interchange, extending 2km in length.
