Offshore, it will be partly cloudy with chance of scattered rain by evening, report added, warning of strong wind and high sea.

Wind inshore will be northwesterly 8 to 18 knot, gusting to 20 knot at some places at times. Offshore, it will be northwesterly 12 to 22 knot, gusting to 25 knot at times. Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet, surging to 4 feet at times. Offshore, it will be 4 to 7 feet surging to 8 feet at times.
