What do you get when a fitness/wellness company, a nutrition company, and a government education program join forces to kick-start youth in Qatar towards a healthy start for 2018? You get Let’s Kick It!

A new, 8-week wellness camp, Let’s Kick It starts on January 13, 2018 running until March 3, 2018 at the Museum of Islamic Art! A collaborative initiative spear-headed Doha-based fitness and wellness company Evolve, nutrition centre Diet Delights, and Qatar Museums’ Education Program.

Aimed at addressing key social objectives in the realm of health and wellness for children, Let’s Kick It is a first-of-its-kind initiative to be rolled out in Qatar. During the 8 –week program, participants will learn more about the importance and role of holistic health while gaining insights on how they can improve their overall well-being. There will even be some tasty (and healthy!) treats from Diet Delights who will be offering healthy meals throughout the duration of the camp to encourage nutritious choices for children. There will also be a Parents’ Day on Saturday, January 6, 2018 ahead of the camp so families can learn more about the program.

In fact, if you want to know more right now – here’s a sneak peek!
