Lenôtre Launches New Menu: A Culmination of Flavors

Lenôtre, famed for exquisite pastries, artisan chocolates and mouthwatering savoury dishes, has launched their new menu in both locations, Villaggio Mall and on C-Ring road, Al Saad this month. Lenôtre is accustomed to being a favourite among many in Doha, with its chic psychedelic décor and big open spaces and menu items that range from soups, salads, pizzas, pastas, steaks, seafood, desserts and so much more, it is no wonder they keep seeing the same happy faces time and time again. “As our customer’s needs are our first priority, we have paid close attention to what they are looking for. After a huge success with our previous menu, we have worked hard to evolve the new menu creating new dishes that our customers are bound to fall in love with!” commented Nassif Haydamous, Chief Operating Officer, Bonne Maniere. Executive Chef,YannickTirbois, has a sensory philosophy on food, tapping into the basic human senses; how the food looks on the plate with a combination of colour and volume as well as how the food smells and is combined to create the perfect balance of sweet, crunchiness, sour and salty to create sparks of sensation on the taste buds. Utilising this philosophy, Yannick has created a new menu to surpass the expectations of Lenôtre’s faithful customers. “Our menu maintains its French influence with an Asian twist. We have opted to include healthier options with focus on fresh vegetables and seafood and adding fruits to salads with different combinations. Our new and improved lasagna bolognaise is blowing people’s minds as is our shrimp wrap with feta cheese and fresh cucumber.” commented Yannick. Lenôtre’s best sellers on the menu are; goat cheese and beetroot salad, beef and sweet onion mustard, ravioli pumpkin, red snapper and fondant au chocolate with homemade chocolate from Paris. - ILQ News -
