The Ministry announces that starting next Sunday, November 15, the applicable procedures for the process of issuing approval for labour recruitment, which were temporarily suspended due to the Corona pandemic "Covid-19", will be resumed.
The Ministry affirms that the system will be reopened to receive recruitment requests for companies as a first stage according to specific controls and that each request will be studied and the extent of the company's commitment to wages during the year and the provision of decent housing for workers.
The Ministry indicated that the entry mechanism for workers will continue to be implemented according to the travel and return policy to the State of Qatar specified by the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management.
The Ministry added that the Ministry's Employment Department will work to issue recruitment approvals according to the actual needs of companies and establishments.
