The Cultural Village celebrates Qatar’s National Day with a new look and feel
Doha, December 16th, 2012: In celebration of Qatar National Day, December
18th, Katara, the Cultural Villages launches a new website design and image on
Monday evening, 17th December. The new look and feel is aimed at increasing and
enhancing communication with the public as well as providing easier navigation for
online users.
Commenting on the launch, Dr. Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Sulaiti, General Manager of
Katara said: “Looking at how we can further evolve our offering is something we
are always keen on at Katara. We are committed to providing a platform for world
renowned arts and culture events and a fundamental part of this is ensuring that
all our communications platforms reveal that. In this way we convey our brand’s
attributes while constantly enhancing our solid, leading position across Qatar and the
Arab region.”
The new website will include key information about Katara’s offerings, all of which
reflect the role Katara plays as a cultural hub in Qatar and the Arab region. The new
look represents the stability and strength on which Katara has been built on, yet also
encompasses the innovation that is fast becoming a trademark of Katara following
the many successful cultural initiatives it brought the region.
