Al Jaidah Brothers and Germany-based X-Tern International GmbH have signed an agreement to set up a joint venture, which will bring a set of sustainable environmental solutions, for a greener Middle East. Speaking at a press conference, Al Jaidah Brothers’ senior manager for business development Thomas Webber said that the company has been looking for a long time, for a green partner, to fulfil the needs of all future Qatar projects. He explained that X-Tern group is to bring to the Middle East a wide variety of services such as environmental technologies or special energy projects, in lowering the energy cost and increase the reliability of internal energy supply. “X-Tern will bridge the gap in the energy efficient operation of systems in Qatar, through an intelligent management approach,” he said, noting that X-Tern had been also working with several banks in Qatar to give them an affordable facility management contract.
