The Interior Ministry launched a car to provide online services to citizens and residents all around Qatar. It is a mobile car that aims to facilitate all procedures and services of MoI electronically. Lieutenant, Fahd Sherida, from the traffic department gave a detailed explanation about the services offered by this car to the citizens and residents.
Brigadier Mohamed Saad Kharji, Director of the Traffic Department, stressed that the Ministry of Interior launched the first mobile car that offers its services to citizens and residents, as well as displays awareness spots from the Ministry on a big screen. He added that this confirms the extent of progress pursued by the Ministry in the provision of its services in a simple, accessible manner to the public regarding all matters relating to the ministry. He pointed out that the mobile car project will help save time and effort, and raise awareness among members of the community in different places and will facilitate the provision of the Ministry’s services.
He said that the mobile car, which is designed to educate and provide the ministry’s services, is a big achievement in serving the community, which can be added to the ministry’s achievements in various fields over the past years. He explained that it is a large -sized car, which goes to different places and contains inside it different areas for visual, audio and reading material in order to educate the largest possible number of community members, along with devices that provide the ministry’s services in a sophisticated manner, as well as answering public inquiries regarding the ministry’s departments.
