Vision

The foundation is committed to the principles and teachings of Shari’a, the Qatar Constitution and international agreements and conventions on the rights of children and women.

*Qatar Foundation for Child and Women Protection is a private institution that acts in the public interest of protecting victims of domestic and social violence.

Goals

The foundation’s responsibilities and goals include:

• Provide social and legal consultations as well as legal assistance to victims.
• Collect information on cases of abuse and violence.
• Provide victims with accommodation and protection.
• Provide victims of abuse and violence with integrated care services for treatment and rehabilitation.
• Provide awareness and cultural programs.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to assure protection for children and women in Qatar and abroad.
