As part of the infrastructure development works, mainly replacement of sewage lines in the New Salata area, the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced closure of some streets.
Affected by closures from Saturday for four months are parts of Al Maahed Street in the direction of D-Ring Road, a stretch of Al Mishaal Street in the direction of Al Arabi Sports Club and on Al Shamail Street when taking a right turn from Al Maahed Street.
Commuters can use local roads in the area as shown in the map. The areas to be blocked are shown in red.
