Over 60 certified professional coaches and coachees shared live coaching demonstrations as ICF Doha’s main event for International Coaching Week at W Hotel’s Art 29. This third event for ICF Doha was aimed at enabling the general public, business professionals, community workers and government organisations to experience professional coaching and to understand the clear distinction between coaching, mentoring and other forms of expert support.

“The number of attendees clearly indicates that there is a great curiosity for discovering the benefits of coaching, what we are promoting is professional coaching, where trained, experienced, certified coaches are able to use their expertise in coaching competencies with their coachees for discovery of life purpose, to increase employee engagement, to live more fulfilling lives, to enable systems to work interdependently, and to support high performance cultures.” said Dr Clare Beckett-McInroy, ICF Master Certified Coach and Executive Coach, Qatar Financial Centre.

ICF Doha provide members and guests various CSR events throughout the year as well as knowledge share, speakers and workshops. They have grown from 23 to over 40 members in just two months and are close to becoming an official Charter Chapter this summer.
