DOHA: Indian Cultural Centre (ICC), the cultural wing under the aegis of the Indian Embassy, is all set to celebrate 65th Independence cultural programme on September 16 (6.30pm) at Doha Cinema. Nearly 250 artists representing Indian schools and affiliated organisations under ICC will participate in the event, which will showcase glimpses of the history of Independence and the heritage of India through cultural programmes.
