HSBC Global Payments and Cash Management has launched ClientSphere, an online product, which will help its Mena customers speed up and simplify implementation of complex cash management solutions.
ClientSphere will allow customers to easily manage and monitor all up-to-date activities in one place - regardless of country, HSBC said.
HSBC is the “first financial services provider in the region” to share its own best in class project management platform to enhance the efficiency of the implementation process. Described as “cutting edge” by the industry, it puts customers in the driving seat, giving them full visibility and control throughout the process.
ClientSphere offers customers convenience and real time collaboration with their project team colleagues anywhere and at anytime. Its ability to automatically generate regular and comprehensive update reports significantly reduces time and resources otherwise incurred by them.
Accessed through HSBCnet, ClientSphere is designed in the form of a ‘consistently updated’ dashboard. It provides full visibility and real time information of project status (including across multiple countries where necessary), monitors milestones during the implementation process, tracks outstanding issues and apportions accountability to the relevant persons. ClientSphere is now available in seven countries across Mena - Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, UAE, Egypt and Jordan.
