W Doha is revamping its Spice Market brunch, inspired by the street food stands of bustling Asian street markets. According to a release from W Doha, Spice Market is acknowledged as one of the best southeast Asian restaurants in the city with its innovative menus and fusion food. The new-look Spice Market will surprise and delight diners by transporting them to the Far East. In a room set that resembles a Far East street market with street signs, traditional food carts will bring Asian culinary marvels in clay pots to the tables. Even kids will feel at home with their own junior size chop sticks. With lots of live action at fresh food and spice stations, cocktails and cool sounds from the spinning DJ, W Doha says its Spice Market is set to attract Doha’s party crowd in its new reincarnation. The first to offer a Dim Sum station, the new buzz at Spice Market’s new style brunch will be created by tempura and wok stations, the hottest duck and green Thai curries with Pad Thai served at table. Appealing and unusual tasting desserts are a fitting finale, and all this comes at an introductory price of QR320 per person. The revamp of Spice Market is both inside and out, with the creation of an Asian Market outside Spice Market itself. Gulf Times
