Leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, Hilson Moran, will open its second GCC office this month in Doha, following the signing of an agreement with Dr Sheikh Hamad Bin Nasser Al Thani targeting Qatar’s expanding construction sector. The official signing of the agreement, which took place last week, is significant in establishing Hilson Moran Qatar LLC as a local engineering consultancy.
