The Amiri Diwan has announced that H.H. the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has travelled to Türkiye to meet with H.E. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on 12 February 2023.
During the meeting, regional and international issues and developments were discussed.
The Amir renewed his condolences to the Turkish President for the victims of the recent earthquake in Türkiye and expressed the State of Qatar's solidarity with the brotherly Turkish people, continuing to provide all aspects of support to overcome the repercussions of this crisis.
On this occasion, the Turkish President held a lunch banquet in honor of the Amir and the accompanying delegation.
