Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) announced on Tuesday that operational hours during Eid Al-Adha for all Emergency Departments and services across HMCs network of hospitals will operate as usual, 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week.
The Pediatric Emergency Centers will also remain open 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week for medical emergencies involving children under the age of 14 years.
HMCs Ambulance Service will continue to operate 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week for people requiring emergency medical assistance
Inpatient Units across HMCs hospital network will continue to operate 24-hours-a-day as usual.
The Nesma'ak Hamad Patient Contact Center will be closed from Jul. 30 until Aug. 1 and will reopen on Aug. 2 at 7 am. To reschedule appointments, patients could contact the Hamad Customer Service Center (Nesmaak) on 16060 during operational hours. Any patient requiring information about clinic operating hours, their scheduled appointment, or wish to change their appointment, can call Nesmaak on 16060.
The Urgent Consultation Service (16000) will be closed on Jul. 30 until Aug. 1 and will reopen on Aug. 2 from 8 am to 3 pm. The service will return to normal operating hours on Aug. 9.
The Pharmacy Home Delivery Service will be closed on Jul. 30 until Aug. 1. The service will reopen Aug. 2 from 9 am to 3 pm and on Aug. 9 will resume normal operating hours.
The Mental Health Helpline will be closed on Thursday, Jul. 30 and resume services from 8 am to 3 pm on Aug. 2. It will resume full operating hours on Aug. 9.
