H.H. the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al -Thani issued yesterday decree No. 37 of 2019 ratifying an agreement on the promotion and protection of mutual investments between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of Ukraine, signed in Doha on 20/3/2018, the text of which is annexed to this Decree, and shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.

H.H. the Amir also issued decree No. 38 of 2019 ratifying an agreement on the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of financial evasion with respect to income taxes between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of Ukraine ( the Cabinet) and the Protocol thereto signed in Doha on 20/3/ 2018, the text of them is attached to this decree, and they shall have the force of law in accordance with article 68 of the Constitution.

H.H. the Amir also issued decree No. 39 of 2019 ratifying an air services agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of El Salvador, signed in Doha on 15/1/ 2018, the text of which is annexed to this decree, and shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.

The decrees are to be implemented and enforced from the date of issuance and to be published in the official gazette.
