H.H. the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Monday Decree No. 28 of 2019 ratifying a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in the tourism field between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of Turkmenistan signed in Ashgabat on 7/3/2016, annexed to this decree and shall have the powers of a law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
H.H. the Amir issued Decree No. 29 of 2019 ratifying an agreement on the cancellation of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and private passports between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Togolese Republic signed in Doha on 30/4/2018, annexed to this decree and shall have the powers of a law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
H.H. the Amir also issued Decree No. 30 of 2019 ratifying an air services agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic signed in Doha on 21/1/2018, annexed to this decree and shall have the powers of a law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
HH. the Amir issued Decree No. 31 of 2019 ratifying an agreement on the cancellation of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and private passports between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Peru signed in Lima on 2/10/2018, annexed to this decree and shall have the powers of a law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
The decrees are effective starting from their date of issue and are to be published in the official gazette. (QNA)
