H.H. the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Sunday Decree No. 17 of 2019 on ratifying a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in the health field between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Federal Republic of Somalia signed in Doha on May 14, 2018, annexed to this decree and shall have the powers of a law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.

H.H. the Amir also issued Sunday instrument of ratification approving the ratification of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to cooperate in the sports field between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire signed in Abidjan on December 23, 2017.

Moreover, Law No. (8) of 2019 on the regulation of road transport and Law No. (9) for the year 2019 on road transport of hazardous substances was also issued. The two laws will be implemented from the date of issue and published in the Official Gazette. (QNA)
