The Grand Heritage Doha has announced another addition to their extensive list of special calendar occasions - an authentic Indian Night, to be held every Thursday, starting 7th February 2013, from 7.30pm-11.00pm. Flavours is the all-day dining buffet experience in the luxurious Grand Heritage five-star hotel, famed for its rich Victorian architecture. Flavours’ Indian Night menu will feature a contemporary twist of Indian cuisine, including a variety of delectable curries, biryanis and kebabs. Flavours’ talented chefs will be using a traditional tandoori oven to make fresh Indian breads and signature dishes, all washed down with tasty Indian tea or mango lassi. Rupool Mazumder, Director of Food and Beverage, Grand Heritage Doha: “We will showcase the essence of Indian cuisine with a real contemporary twist, freshly prepared by our talented chefs. The idea is to keep the ethnic Indian flavours intact while our chefs bake a variety of fresh breads and kebabs in an authentic tandoori oven, making it a complete Indian experience for everyone.” Indian Night.jpg
