The General Directorate of Traffic has seized a vehicle for reckless driving in the parking area of Katara Cultural Village.
In a tweet on Saturday, the authority said: "With reference to a clip that was circulated on social media recently, showing a vehicle spinning and being driven recklessly in a parking area of Katara Cultural Village, we inform you that the vehicle was seized legal measures are being taken."
