The financial and technical committee assigned to complete detailed studies on the proposed GCC railway project opened its third meeting at the headquarters of the GCC General Secretariat in Riyadh yesterday. The committee discussed the project’s engineering designs, the establishment of a GCC railway authority and will also look into the plan of action and time schedule for the completion of the studies.
