The customer service guru engaged attendees with valuable insights and tips to make a long-lasting connection with the customer. He advised every professional from the tourism sector to focus on the basic need of every individual – to feel important. He termed each of these professionals, regardless of their position, as key instruments in offering this unique ‘Qatar Tourism Experience’ to each visitor since the overall experience of a visitor is impacted by every touch point.

According to the latest Guest Experience in the Middle East Report, released by hospitality and travel data providers Olery, Qatar's hospitality sector has further improved its guest experience ranking from first place among the GCC to first place in the Middle East.
