Many who live in the Middle East are travelling in droves to Thailand, not just for the sandy beaches, sun, and food; but, to get in shape. From Muay Thai to yoga camps, travellers from all kinds of backgrounds are seeking a different vacation experience.

The options are endless. If you want to lose weight, detox, try Thai boxing, increase fitness stamina or reconnect through Yoga, you can now go on a vacation where you come back healthier than when you left.

Have you ever tried a fitness vacation? Any recommendations?
