The Qatar Civil Defense was quick to arrive at the scene of a fire that broke out just outside the under-construction Thumama Stadium yesterday afternoon and was able to extinguish it without there being any casualties, according to a Tweet on the Ministry of Interior Arabic Twitter page.
The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy also tweeted about the fire and said everything was under control.

The reason for the fire was not mentioned by the MOI or the Supreme Committee.
